In active surveillance for prostate cancer, PI-RADS ≥3 lesions at 1-year rebiopsy were linked to higher reclassification (42.1% vs 7.1%, p=0.047) and lower rate of no cancer (10.5% vs 50.0%, p=0.019).
- At diagnosis, lesion visibility was not associated with continuation of active surveillance (p=0.404).
