10-Year Survival 68.5% After Thermal Ablation of Oligometastatic RCC

In 50 patients with oligometastatic renal cell carcinoma, percutaneous image-guided thermal ablation achieved 10-year overall survival of 68.5%, cancer-specific survival 75.5%, and local tumor progression-free survival 87.6%; adverse events occurred in 9.9% of procedures.
