Hematoma Clotting Linked to Perihematomal Edema in Acute ICH

In acute ICH, clot volume on QSM correlated with edema (T3 r=0.80, p<0.001), independent of hematoma size (partial r=0.554, p=0.021). Coagulation may increase edema, relevant for procoagulant therapy.
