Morphologic imaging subtypes of pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma linked to recurrence risk

Infiltrative pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma (Type 3) and larger tumor size independently predicted recurrence after curative resection (HR 7.7, 95% CI 1.1-53.6; HR 1.7 per cm, 95% CI 1.2-2.3). Three CT/MRI subtypes identified.
