Deep Learning Denoising Preserves Sharpness and Stenosis Metrics on Ultrahigh-Resolution Photon-Counting Coronary CTA

CNN denoising increased plaque CNR (in vivo: 0.99-2.07 to 1.37-2.92, p<0.001) and improved image quality in ultrahigh-resolution photon-counting coronary CTA without affecting sharpness or stenosis.
