AI Fusion of Cytomorphology and PET/CT Improves Myeloma Risk Stratification and Daratumumab Response Prediction

In a retrospective 243-patient cohort of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, an AI fusion of bone marrow cytomorphology and PET/CT improved the C-index for progression-free survival prediction from 0.58 to 0.75, and the AUC for daratumumab response from 0.55 to 0.81 (both p<0.001).
