Medical Students' Attitudes Toward AI Shaped by Parental Education and Tech Interest

Medical students showed positive AI attitudes (mean positive score 45.0). Higher positivity tied to father's education, tech interest, and positive AI perceptions. Negative attitudes only tied to AI perceptions. Single-site survey of 198 Turkish final-years.
