Fluciclovine PET/CT changes salvage radiotherapy fields more often than PSMA PET/CT after prostatectomy

In postprostatectomy biochemical recurrence, 18F-fluciclovine PET/CT altered salvage RT fields in 72% (vs 54% with PSMA-11, P=.046). Overall decision to irradiate did not differ (29% vs 42%, P=.12) in EMPIRE-2 secondary analysis.

• Secondary analysis of prospective RCT (EMPIRE-2) in 140 men, with 134 evaluable after imaging.
