Interview study reveals accuracy, time-saving, and institutional reputation as key drivers of radiologists' trust in AI

In interviews with 18 radiologists, accuracy/reliability (94%) and time-saving (100%) were most critical for AI trust; 89% valued institutional reputation, 83% required human oversight. Findings emphasize human-centered AI adoption.
