55-keV DECT with deep learning reconstruction improves image quality in GI tumors
Radiology AI literature (PubMed)4w ago
In 47 patients with GI tumors, 55-keV DECT with medium/high DLIR improved CNR & SNR vs 70-keV ASiR-V (all P≤0.001), with comparable or better image quality and no change in iodine quantification. (Prospective study.)
- Prospective observational study in 47 patients with gastrointestinal tumors.
- DLIR-M and -H had significantly higher CNR/SNR; DLIR-L had highest noise and lowest quality.
- Small sample size; single-center, no external validation.
